Satin Copper Plating

Satin Copper Plating is generally used in decorative finish for writing instruments, sanitary bathroom fittings and jewellery industry. In this process satin nickel is used prior to copper coating. To over come the tarnishing effect of copper normally we use e-coat as final coat. Once protected with our clear e-coat, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. If left uncoated satin copper finish will age very nicely to produce an aged copper finish. The finish shown in the photograph above has been protected with a clear e-coat. Satin copper plating can be applied to stainless steel, ms, steel, brass, zinc die-cast and ABS Plastics. The picture displays alluring features of a satin copper finish with e-coat.
