Tube Furnace
Hi-Tech make Tube Furnace are designed to conduct synthesis & purifications of inorganic compounds thermolysis reactions by means of electric heating. Innert Tube Vacuum & Innert Tube Furnace used for vacuum & inert atmosphere for sintering process & other application.
Construction
- Temperature Range - 5℃ above ambient to 1400℃. Heating zone length - 300mm.
- Triple walled construction, thermally insulated with cooling system for better performance during continuous operation.
- Abrasion resistant tube to support heavy loads.
- Quartz tube ID :- Approx. 50mm(for Hi-Tech 28a series) 75mm(for Hi-Tech 28b series) & 100mm(for Hi-Tech 28c series).
- Type of furnace: -Programmable electrically heated single zone tube furnace.
- Tube material: quartz with end flanges with silicon/whiten gasket.
- Temp. Is controlled by microprocessor based PID temp. Controller, programmable up to 8 steps /segments per programed of ramp/soak profile.
- 8Heating rate : programmable heating rate up to 5 to 25 ℃ /min
