Chips Spreader (Tail Board Type)

BODY
It is fabricated from 4mm & 6 mm Pressed steel plate with square and rectangular section reinforcing.
 
FEEDGATE
Adjustable gate with hand operated adjusting screws. Bottom section of gate in rubber to permit passage of oversize objects without damage. The gate is removable.
 
FEEDROLLER
Serrated surface feedroller constructed from 165 mm dia, and 2.5 m in width, mounted between self aligning, lubricated for life, bearings.
 
DRIVE
A pneumatic tyred wheel transmits drive for the road surface to a dog clutch mounted on a lay shaft. The drive is then transmitted throught this shaft to a chain drive fitted to the feedroller.
