O Rings

An O-ring is a torus, or doughnut-shaped ring moulded from rubber/elastomer. We manufacture over 4000 different sizes of O Rings. We also manufacture O Rings as per our customer’s sizes and customized technical requirements. Our O Rings can be specially compounded for

• High Heat Resistance: Usable up to 250 Degree Celsius

Manufacturing Process

• We manufacture O-Rings by compression moulding in our Automatic Hydraulic Compression Moulding Presses.
• Along with our in-house tool room, and highly experienced manufacturing team, our range of Moulding machines enable us to deliver:
• Uniform Vulcanization / Curing of the Material: All parameters (like pressure, temperature and vulcanization time) are automatically controlled.
• Excellent Dimensional Accuracy & Finish: We offer high dimensional accuracy in our Moulded O Rings
• Huge range of sizes: We can offer our O Rings in a huge variety of sizes.
