Sponge Gaskets are usually used to fill the space between two or more highly irregular mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression.
We manufacture over 500 different types of Sponge Rubber Gaskets. We can also manufacture sponge gaskets as per our customer sizes/drawings and customized technical requirements.
Sponge rubber, also called "expanded" or "cellular" rubber, is manufactured by including a gas-forming ingredient (blowing agent) in the rubber formulation. As the rubber vulcanises, it reaches a temperature at which the blowing agent decomposes and gas bubbles form, creating individual cell structures in the rubber. This is followed by a curing until vulcanization is complete. The vulcanization process preserves the cell structure formed by the gas in the interior of the component. This makes the final gasket softer, easier to compress and lighter in weight. Hence sponge gaskets require much lesser force to compress as compared to solid rubber gaskets.

Vibration Isolation Pads / Feet
Vibration Isolation pads are used as interfaces between two parts, damping the energy and vibration between the two. These pads separate the faces of two objects while allowing a certain amount of movement. The vibration pads when installed reduce noise, vibration and harshness, prolonging machine life and improving the work environment. We also offer metal/screw bonded pads for easy fitment and height adjustment.
The Vibration Isolation pads are specifically compounded to suit specific customer requirements, like vibration frequency, weight of machine, and other external factors which the pad has to overcome.

Along with offering the above components in NEW form, we also offer Re – Rubberisation, Repair, Re Furbishing and Balancing services. The old material is picked up from the customer’s works. The old used rubber compound is removed from the C.I. and fresh high quality rubber is bonded with the metal. Axles, Bushes, Bearings, Flanges are checked for wear and tear and replaced if necessary with new parts. Balancing/Surface Grinding is done as per customer requirements. The old parts are returned to the customer along with the repaired/refurbished component.
