Octagonal Blender

We are engaged in offering octagonal blenders, which are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and other allied industries. These machines are octagonal shaped and have rectangular center, the discharge gets collected in a conical frustum and rectangular top frustum. The contact parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 and are enclosed in guards. Baffles are provided in the shell. For easy cleaning of the shells and fixing baffles, manhole with a gasket are fixed in our products. Some other features of the products are:

• A conical adaptor can be provided for fixing charging drum after butterfly valve.

• A safety railing with a limit switch is provided for operator safety.
• Manual Inching arrangement can be provided.
• Flame - proof motors / Limit switches with flame - proof push button stations can be provided.
• Available Models from 50 Litres to 10000 Litres.
