Bag Lifting Type Centrifuge

Bag Lifting Type Centrifuges are basically upgraded form of Manual Top Discharge Centrifuges. These machines have lip detachable from the basket which helps in easy removal of filter bag with solid material from outside the basket. The time required for cake removal in bag lifting type centrifuge Machines is very negligible & also Manual contact with cake is minimised. The lifting of bag/cake is carried out by means of cGMP Hydraulic Lifting Device which eliminates usage of chain pulley lifting mechanism, thereby preventing product contamination

Bottom Discharge Type Centrifuge

In Bottom Discharge Centrifuge Machine, the unloading of the material is from the bottom opening of basket base/ inertia plate, this has large central opening/ chute for cake removal. Agitated Nutsche Filter/ Dryer ( ANFD) technology is particularly suited to meet the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industry for solids washing separation & Drying, in the most challenging process conditions. Agitated filters and dryers, combined filter-dryers are designed to remove the residual liquid phase from the cake by performing the filtering and drying operations in the same vessel.

Agitator filters are suitable for filtration of liquids with a high solid content. The liquid is separated mechanically using a permeable layer/ filter medium under vacuum or pressure. A special height-adjustable agitator design improvises the degree of filtration effectiveness and enables the mechanical discharge of the solid. Rapid Mixer And Granulator

Rapid Mixer and Wet Granulator are used to perform dry mixing and wet granulation at same time in the same bowl. There are two impellers inside the RMG bowl. Main impeller runs in horizontal plane and chopper /granulation impeller runs in vertical plane. The material used for Ribbon Blender  construction is stainless steel of 180-240 grit interior finish. The Ribbon Blenders are generally an open tub with welded or bolted end caps on each.
