Fully Automated Water And Juices And Soft Drink Filling Machine

QuickFill Water /Juices / Soft Drinks & other viscous materials rinsing, filling and capping machine is a fully automated water/ juice/ soft drinks filling machine that is to fill drinks. This machine is a rotary mono block where it rinses the bottle either with water or air pressure and fills the same with RO water and cap immediately. The entire process is untouched by human and keeps the production process germs free.

Rinsing:
Bottles passed through guided conveyor and are washed from the inside while drained upside down. It is fitted with sensor and only works when the guide actually holds the bottle. The number of rinsing section varies depending on the size of the machine.

Filling:
The filling operation is carried out with CO2 pressure for CSD and without Co2 for water/juice filling section . It has automated flush technique before it fills the bottle. Filling machine comes with automated CIP feature and can fill at a very high speed. This machine is prepared as per customer requirement.

Capping:
This section take on Screw cap and can be modified to fit different types of cap and sizes. It also has a facility for UV sterilisation of cap. It is made in conjunction with the complete machine set.
