Demineralization Plants

Demineralization is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. It almost free water from any dissolved minerals that is purified where RAW water is passed via two polystyrene bead filled beds. Here the impurity ions present in the water is replaced by ions replaced by an ion exchanged resin. 

At Blue Swan we manufacture a wide range of two bed or mix bed Demineralisation plant for industrial process water that is customised as per client requirement. These plans are available in different sizes and material and can be manually operated, semi-automatic or fully-automatic. A complete revamping of the existing plant can also be done.
