Double Cone Blenders

Double Cone Blenders are versatile machines used for mixing dry powder and granules homogeneously. These machines have a cylindrical shell with two conical frustums provided with opening for charging and discharging. 

Salient Features

Available in GMP and Non-GMP model. 
All Contact Parts are made up of S.S. 316 and Non-Contact Parts are made-up of S.S. 304 / M.S. material. 

Butterfly valve is provided for discharge 
The vessel is mounted on a sturdy tubular stand with bearing blocks & driven through a Gear Box coupled with Electrical Motor. 

The machine is provided with control panel board and safety railing 
All joint are welded, ground and polished to mirror finish from inside and matt finish from outside. 

Capacity Size : From 10Kg. to 500Kg. (30 Ltrs. to 1500 Ltrs.) 

Optional 

Flame-Proof motor with Flame-Proof ON-OFF Push Buttons. + PLC with MMI and VFD can also be provided. 

Pneumatically operated butterfly valve at discharge.
