Zinc Plating

We are engaged in the business of electroplating services as zinc plating. Zinc plating is the most common and economical type of plating. Zinc plating is a soft, protective by nature, decorative, ductile, marginally solderable and also serves as an effective undercoat for paints. It is sacrificial coating, so that part does not corrode.

Widely used by industry in general, electrodeposited zinc gives sacrificial protection to the underlying iron or steel, that is the zinc corrodes in preference to the substrate. This has the additional benefit that steel exposed at cut or abraded areas will not easily rust.
