Vickers Hardness Tester

Vickers Hardness Tester  Model JV - 50 (1Kgf.)

Vickers Hardness testing machine provides facility of built in optical system with graduated read out for measurement of diagonal indentation up-to 0.001mm accuracy on the focusing screen with 35X and 70X magnification and manual load selection. Loads of 1,5,10,15,20,30,40 and 50Kgf are provided for Vickers Tests. The swiveling unit in which the required indenture and objective lens are mounted are attached to the loading spindle guided in a set of six ball bearings. A push button electric switch is provided for starting the loading cycle. Unloading is accomplished by a hand lever.

The swivelling unit in which the required indentor and objective lens are mounted, is attached to the loading spindle guided in a set of six ball bearings. A push button electric switch system is provided for starting the loading cycle. Unloading is accomplished through a hand lever.
