Expanded Metal

Widely known for its sturdiness, corrosion resistance and high durability the expanded metal is the most widely used and economical method to create a non-skid and strong surface. It is Manufactured in Mild Steel (M.S.), Galvanized Iron (G.I.), Stainless Steel 304, 316 (S.S.) Aluminium and other metals from 0.5 mm opening to 50 mm opening in all possible thickness. In this kind of mesh the metal is stretched under pressure and slit uniformly to produce diamond shaped openings. Which further helps to strengthen the structure. The openings in the mesh enable light, air and ventilation. Since its aesthetically shaped hence looks appealing. Its also quite sturdy and easy to install. These are majorly used on runways, working platforms etc. The heavy expanded metal can also be used as a step mesh of oil tanks and walking road for heavy model equipment. These are also used as reinforcing bar in construction, railway and bridges.
