Ball Pressure

Unique ball pressure is to used to check the minimum gravitational force at a specific point under constant temperature & time duration to check the quality of raw material of electrical socket as per IS- 1293 : 1988 clause 24.1.2 . The ball pressure is completely made up of SS-304 dully polished with centre pivot of 5 mm ball (2.5 mm radius) to exert a pressure of 20N on the surface of insulating material. The whole unit is being kept with sample in a heating oven having temperature of 125 deg. C +/ - 5 deg.C & is kept for one hour duration after the heating is over.
