F.D. Mill designed to carry out multiple functions encountered in obtaining homogenized slurry/feed material from filter press wet cakes, dry powders in combination with suitable dispersing media.It ensures adequate shearing both mechanical and hydraulic to disintegrate the closely bound mass. Size reduction is also achieved due to impact of materials flowing out with centrifugal force on the stator.As a natural consequence, the particles cause attrition among themselves. Due to the particular shape of stator/rotor, assembly, rapid circulation takes place in the entire mass of the vessel.
