Process
This Machine is basically volumetric, bottom suction Machine. The Drive Mechanism with electric motor & worm
reduction gear box drives the shaft on which syringes are mounted on either side eccentrically. The Syringe sneaks in
the liquid during 1st half of the rotation & dispenses into the bottle during the 2nd half. The empty bottles should be
fed manually by an operator directly on conveyor or on turn table, the conveyor moves the bottles and makes the
bottles stop under the filling nozzle by a mechanical / pneumatic stopper. Syringe discharges the liquid into the
bottles, then filled bottles are released by the stopper to move further packaging process.
