It is largely used for industrial air conditioning system, like electronics, instrument, mechanics, metallurgy, chemicals, textile, pharmacy, foods, tobacco, transportation facility, energy stations etc., can also be used for comfortable air conditioning system in huge buildings, like hotel, restaurant, theatre, shopping mall, gymnasium. This series product can handle air flows from 3000 CMH to 200000 CMH, and several sections are available for selection.

DESIGN FEATURES

CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES OF AHU BODY

Frame:  The unit adopts high strength composited aluminum alloy frame , the insulation materials are used between the frames to prevent cold bridge. These sections are known as Thermal Break Sections.

Panel: Double skin structure, inner and outer panel are all factory painted steel , with sandwiched insulation materials PU foam. This structure ensures the best performance on insulation, strength, rigidity, cleanness and sound isolation with no condensing water on the outer panel. Airtight materials are used at connections between frame and panel to prevent air leakage and efficiency lost. Panels can be galvanized steel, stainless steel or other materials according to different application.

Insulation Plate :  All panels' insulation plate are PU foam. Its density is 40-48kg/m³, the thickness can be 25mm/ 50mm/ 65mm

Access Door :  The access door is of specially made structure, can prevent dewing. The door knob can press the door tight . The positive pressure part of access door is inside opened, and the negative pressure part is outside opened, which ensures the low leakage of the unit.

Fresh/return/exhaust air mixing section :  We use bisect damper (can be manual or automatic according to actual requirement), with little pressure drop and easy maintenance.
