Ku Band Transportable V.S.A.T. Antenna
The 1.8-meter Ku-band transportable VSAT antenna is designed for satellite communication operation worldwide. The transportable antenna consists of a single-piece composite reflector mounted on an elevation-over-azimuth positioner. The antenna is light weight, has excellent stiffness and high performance under wind loading conditions. The antenna has very low sidelobe and cross-polarization performance to meet ITU requirements. The antenna system can be interfaced with most lightweight vehicle structures for the purpose of transportable VSAT applications.
