The Handheld Satcom Terminal is a compact handheld communication system capable of providing secure voice/data communication using the Mobile Satellite Service (MSS) transponder of Indian satellite(GSAT-6).
The battery operated system can be deployed in less than a minute, making it highly suitable for defence forces.
