Cup Pig Or Batching Pig

Batching Pig Batch

• Batching /Cup pigs are called also called as unidirectional pig which is generally made with 2 & 4 cups attached to the steel mandrel, mainly used to separate dissimilar fluid such as gasoline, Heating oil, etc.
• These pigs are used for gauging the dimensions of the pipeline before product is launched in the pipeline.
• It serves the purpose of light cleaning, line filling, Dewatering, Batch separation, etc.
• For short distance batching, dewatering applications rubber cups of neoprene /nitrile rubber is used.
• We offer Batch/Cup pigs for Sizes from 3” to 72” of different pipe schedule.

 

Poly Pig

Foam Pigs which are molded from open cell Polyurethane Foam pigs ( either TDI or MDI & ester or ether based) with various configurations of solid polyurethane strips and or wire bristles, studs, etc., permanently bonded to them. Foam Pigs are available from sizes ½” to 72”.

Foam Pigs are widely used in the Pipeline Industry, especially for rehabilitation work. They are also particularly useful when developing a Pigging programme for a line which has not been regularly Pigged & which may contain some unexpected problems.

Being of Cylindrical shape, they contact the wall over their entire length & this reduces the unit loading.

Low Density

• Low Density Bare Foam Pigs - Wiping or Drying Pigs The low density Bare Foam pigs is fully bare without any coating on its surface & has only coating with PU elastomer at its bottom or covered with Rexene Fabric depending the end use. Low density is a range from 16 to 32 Kg/cbm ( 1 to 2 lbs/ cft )

Medium Density

• Medium density bare foam Pigs are made out of Medium density – 80 to 96 Kg/ Cbm ( 5 to 6 lbs/ cft) used for regular wiping & dewatering.
• This medium density foam provides excellent wear resistance shall be used for long distance wiping or dewatering applications.

High Density

• High density foam Pigs are made out PU Foam pigs with density from 128 to 160 Kg / cbm ( 8 to 10 lbs/cft). Used for heavy wiping & dewatering, heavy duty applications with excellent wear resistance..

Ultra-High Density

• Ultra High density foam Pigs are made out PU Foam pigs with density from 240 - 320 Kg / cbm ( 15 to 20 lbs/cft).Which provides excellent wear resistance shall be used for long distance wiping heavy wiping & remove the dense deposits of scale.

 

Pig Signaller

Pig signallers are used to provide confirmation of the movement of pipeline pigs through a pipeline. They are normally positioned at both the pig launching and pig receiving stations and at key points along a pipeline.

when moving through production pipework and pipelines so that the time/location of the PIG is known. In addition, it can estimate accumulated debris in front of the PIG which can help you identify in which section of a pipe debris is being built up.

 

Decoking Pig

• Decoking pig is an indispensable tool for Cleaning the total hard coke deposits formed in the inner surface of furnace tube(coil)
• This replace conventional cleaning of furnace tubes either by chemical or combustion method
• Pigs fitted with pins uniformly studded around the surface of the pig throughout its length while travel through the tube and scrapes the hard coke deposits from the inner surface of tubes and coils
• As the coke deposits are removed bigger size pig is used to further scrapping the coke till the entire coke deposits are removed.
• This ensure safe deposits removal in a short time without damaging the tube(coil)
