Automatic Tube Filling Machine

2) The tube filling, sealing and coding machine is sturdy compact in design and simple in operation. It consists 
    of an aluminium-rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different tube sizes.

3) The multiple filling station is made of SS Block, fitted with pneumatic device to control tailing. No tube no 
fill process switches. (Electronic counter provided if required, not included in basic machine)

4) SS plain hopper of 25 kg. Capacity. Non-return value fitted below the SS main filling block, Volume tracks 
    for fine adjustments and weight accuracy.(Jacketted hopper along with stirrer provided optional.)

5) 1 HP motor, 440 V., 1440 rpm. 3 phase AC motor, Gearbox of 30:1 ratio. Electrical panel box with circuit 
    breakers. No tube no fill process switch.
