Description :
GCU-101 is a 1-phase / 3-phase Automatic / Manual Generator controller module including protection for (STANDBY) GEN-SETS. It uses an advanced single chip microcomputer for an easy and trouble free GEN-SET control in case of mains power failures. If mains fail (over / under voltage, loss of mains voltage), GCU-101 initiates an automatic GEN-SET start cycle including load transfer to the generator by switching the generator contactors. After the mains is restored the load will be automatically transferred back to mains and the GEN-SET will stop after a cool down time. During all cycles, generator is fully protected against malfunction. All alarms occurring at abnormal GEN-SET conditions are computed and displayed either by LED or by the four-digit display and if necessary the GEN-SET gets stopped.
Values of over/under voltage, frequency and overload current (see parameter No.: 6,7,9,10,11) and timer settings for Preheat, cooling down time (see parameter No.: 5,14) etc. are programmable. The GCU-101 has 40 powerful programmable parameters to fit the program flow to customer needs
GCU-102 is a single / three phase controller for the protection of genset. GCU 102 is a microprocessor based controller unit containing the necessary function for the protection & control of the genset. It provides protection against LLOP, HCT, and any two faults which can be specified by the user as per his requirement. The main feature is compact in size & reliability.
When Mains supply fails, the GCU 102 module automatically initiates the generator start sequence. The module will give set number of cranks to the generator. If the Generator starts within set number of cranks, the module will shift the load to the Generator by activating Generator contactor after Warm-up period. If the Generator do not start in set number of cranks START FAIL ( StrF ) fault will occur.
When the Mains supply comes back to the normal level, the load will shift to the Mains contactor after Mains Restore time & cool down time will be initiated. In cool down time, the Generator will run without load. Then the Generator is stopped in stop time. If the Mains fail during cool down time then load will immediately transferred to the Generator.
GCU-103 is a 3-phase Automatic / Manual Generator controller module including protection for (STANDBY) GEN-SETS. It uses an advanced single chip microcomputer for an easy and trouble free GEN-SET control in case of mains power failures. If mains fail (over / under voltage, loss of mains voltage), GCU-103 initiates an automatic GEN-SET start cycle including load transfer to the generator by switching the generator contactors.
After the main is restored the load will be automatically transferred back to mains and the GENSET will stop after a cool down time. During all cycles, generator is protected against malfunction. All alarms occurring at abnormal GEN-SET conditions are computed and displayed either by LED or by LCD display and if necessary the GEN-SET gets stopped.
Values of over/under voltage, frequency and overload current, cooling down time is programmable. The GCU-103 has 29 powerful programmable parameters to fit the program flow to customer needs.
GCU-105 is a Single / Three Phase AUTOMATIC / MANUAL Generator controller module. It controls Start-Stop function of the engine, monitors the generator operation. It is designed by taking great care related with electromagnetic interference for trouble free operation in harsh electrical environment (As per ‘CE’ norms.).
Advanced single chip micro-computer protects the GEN-SET against malfunctioning. In case of Mains Failure / Over Voltage / Under Voltage / Lack of Grid Voltage, GCU-105 initiates an automatic GEN-SET start cycles & transfer the load from mains to the generator by switching the generator contactor.
It is possible to select start attempts with both crank & rest period. On restoration of mains the load will be automatically transferred to mains and the GEN-SET will stop after a cool down time. In case any fault occurs the alarm is activated and Displayed on LCD display and GEN-SET gets stopped.
GCU 107 provides inexpensive A.M.F and generating set control & monitoring with digital accuracy. This microprocessor based controller includes 6 push buttons, 24 LED lamps, 4-digit display, 6 relay outputs, 8 digital inputs, 5 analogue inputs, 37 programmable parameters, Hour-Meter, Digital Calibration, LED Alarm Indications
