Non Asbestos Gland Packing
We have introduced a wide variety of combinations of non Asbestos packings for all applications.
All packings are available in braided rope form (standard / custom sizes) or ring form (custom sizes).
Uni Klinger provides complete range of non asbestos gland packing in Graphite, Teflon,Aramid,Carbon and Glass fiber. Enabling UKL to cater to Pump,Valve users and original Equipment manufacturers.
Uni Klinger can provide the Gland Packing for other applications where one need tight seal in static or rotating application.
Uni Klinger offers Non Asbestos Gland Packing from 3mm Sq to 25mm
Ring Joints
Ring Type Joints are widely used by the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Offshore Industries in applications subject to high pressures and temperatures.
These joints are designed to concentrate the bolt load over a small area thus producing high seating stresses.
As the ring type material should always be softer than the mating flanges, the high seating stress causes plastic flow of the ring joint in the flange faces creating the seal.All RTJs are manufactured according to ASME B16.20 and API6A standard.
Kammprofile Gasket
Kammprofile gaskets are recognized as a problem solver for heat exchangers, large vessels, and equipment that experience excessive movement due to thermal expansion. Kammprofile gaskets consist of a sealing core metal with or without guide ring. The sealing core is a solid metal gasket with concentric serrations on both sealing surfaces and faced with soft material such as flexible graphite, EPTFE configuration depending on operating conditions. It is the preferred design when needing improved performance at low seating stresses.
Range available:
- 15 NB to 600 NB to suit ASME/ANSI B16.5 150# to 2500#
- 10DN to 1400DN to suit DIN2697 PN10 to PN400.
- Non Standard as per customers requirement i.e. 10mm to 3000mm.
- Heat Exchanger application with all type of pass partition bar configuration

Metal Jacketed Gasket
UKL Metal Jacketed gaskets are specially designed and widely used for Heat exchangers, pressure vessels, flue stacks, boilers etc. The majority of these gaskets are supplied in circular form but can be manufactured to other shapes to suit individual requirements. They are manufactured to suit API, ASME, DIN & BS standards.
All gaskets are custom built to provide accurate & easy assembly of pass partition bars into tube sheet grooves.
Metal jacketed gaskets are custom built gaskets with or without ribs & can be supplied in Carbon Steel, Soft Iron, SS304,& SS316.
Spiral Wound Gasket
Uni Klinger manufactures spiral wound gaskets from 15mm to 3500mm ID as per international standards such as API601, ASME 16.20, ASME B16.47 A& B series, DIN, British standards, JIS etc.
Uni Klinger spiral wound gaskets are subjected to compressibility & recovery test as per IS 7719 & sealability test are conducted at ambient/elevated pressure & temperature.
Fillers used are Graphite, Asbestos & PTFE. Compressibility & Recovery test as per IS 7719 and sealibility test are conducted at ambient pressure and temperature.
Uni Klinger Spiral wound gaskets are approved with all major consultants including EIL & TDC.
Graphite Sheet
Due to excellent Chemical and thermal capabilities of Graphite it is used extensively throughout the Petrochemical and Chemical industries for process duties and Steam application.
It is a good solution for higher temperature and pressure application where Non Asbestos Gaskets are to be used.
Graphite Sheets are available as,
1. Pure Graphite sheets (GS) – A pure exfoliated graphite sheet for high temperature application.
2. Metallic Graphite sheets (GPSM) – A pure exfoliated graphite sheet with tanged Stainless Steel reinforcement for maximum pressure up to 200bar & 450 Degree Celsius temperature.
3. Metallic Graphite sheets (GSLS) – pure exfoliated graphite sheet with plain Stainless Steel Foil insert for ease of handling.
Graphite Sheet sizes available 1Mx1M & 1.5Mx1.5M maximum up to 3mm thickness.
Expanded Ptfe Sheets
UNISIL soft-chem,The softest PTFE material for applications where just minimal surface pressures are possible.
Multidirectional expanded PTFE material. Excellent corrosion resistance together with superior creep resistance and sealability create a highgrade gasket material for a wide application field. The best choice for economical plant-wide use on services up to 260°C and pressures up to 200 bar.
UNISIL soft-chem possesses universal resistance
against common chemicals, except melted alkali metal,
fluorine at liquid and gas states. It is free from asbestos
and other lung-intruding materials.
UNISIL soft-chem is an asbestos free material and meets
the FDA requirements, doesn’t have any
corrosion and is able to be stored without any time limits.
And is also suitable for oxygen applications.

Compressed Non Asbestos Fiber
Uni Klinger manufactures entire range of Non Asbestos ( UNISIL ) gasket sheets.
All grades of UNISIL are manufactured with 3 X A features.
What is 3XA?
Anti Stick – This eliminates the need for application of grease to flange surface. Results in faster and safer flange cleaning. Ensures better sealing with replacement Gasket.
Anti Corrosion – This finish reduces the amount of leachable chlorides at the contact Surface with flange thus reducing the corrosive effect of Flange material.
Anti Leak – This property confirms to irregularities of flange face giving better Micro-Sealing.
UNISIL non asbestos gasket sheets are manufactured in metallic & non metallic to cover variety of applications in the industry.
Sheets size available: 1.5M x 2M, 1.5M x 4M, 1.5Mx6M
Thickness available: 0.5mm to 6mm
Compressed Asbestos Fiber
Klinger gasket sheets are manufactured as per IS2712:1998.
Klinger high grade sheets are manufactured with 3XA features.
