Our installation crews are specially trained to understand the practices to be followed for hygienic process plants, and include highly skilled welders for the relatively thin piping of process plant using closed head orbital welding m/c. These machines are having print out facilities, which help us in validation documentation. As the welding is done in the closed head the atmospheric contamination is controlled.Orbital welding reduces the triclover joints, which reduces maintenance cost of changing gaskets, internal purging same gas inside the tube also controls finish, and then the internal surface is cleaned by passivity process.
