An unobstructed flow path inside the Pump and its vertical installation helps to prevent the accumulation of liquid on interior surface when removed from the Drum / Container.

nsflo™ A 40 Tube Sets are available in customised Length, Size and Discharge Connections to suit virtually any Drum or Container application. Standard Tube Length available is 40” which is suitable for standard drum. Custom Lengths are available up to 60". Discharge Hose Connections range from 3/4", 1" or 1 1/4".

Pump Tubeset Diameter and Size is depending on the Drum Opening. Standard Plastic Drum Opening is 44 MM whereas Steel Drum Opening is 54 MM

Electrical Drive Motors are ideal for applications where a rugged sealed motor is needed, such as drum transfers in an industrial environment. Motors are enclosed type with 12 Feet grounded industrial cord and plug along with ON - OFF switch. Three models are available.

Each of our drives are designed for a unique application.

Air driven Variable speed drive is suitable for safe operation in any liquid and industrial applications in hazardous or flammable environments. Air Drive is ideal for continuous transfer at higher heads as it is automatically cooled due to expansion of Compressed Air.

Air motor is renowned for its reliability and ideal for flameproof area in the industries. As sparking or fusing is not possible, this motor offers explosion protection without involving additional costs for safety precautions. The motor speed can be controlled by means of a simple in-built Air Volume Control Valve thus the pump discharge.

[Transflo Drum Mixers / Stirrers]

The mixing of fluids within in a closed drum or container is always a difficult task. Our Transflo Mixing Pump is ideal for drum mixing when the contents must be thoroughly mixed before they can be pumped out. This two-stage mixing pump with a removable mixing tube can be quickly replaced with the suction tube for transferring of thoroughly mixed liquids in the drum. Both mixing and pumping can be performed with the same drive unit. All pumps tube sets are interchangeable with any of our drive motors.

Mixing pump is provided with precisely designed perforation in order to achieve a circulation of the liquid in the container and thus enhances mixing.

Our Mixing Pump is useful for blending Liquid - Liquid Medium, Liquid - Solid Medium in Drum & Small Volume Containers. The Draft Tube Agitation principle ensures homogenous mixture in a shorter time

Limitations

Mixing pump is suitable only for small to medium size containers and barrels.

Its efficiency decreases if powder content in the mixture is more. It can not handle high viscous liquids.

Mixing Pump is not continuous duty rated. It is suitable for intermittent duty and maximum up tp 30 Minutes .

Metering Pumps – Standard Design Feature

Hand Flow Regulator is a flow controlling device designed especially for flow control. Designed exclusively for the stringent requirements of Fragrances and Flavour Industries , Hand Flow Regulator is a compact, light weight solution to packing of small volume containers.

Barrel Dispenser is a compact, light weight flow controlling device designed especially for dispensing liquids from horizontally stacked barrels. Unlike other conventional valves, the opening is controlled by spring loaded spindle which always keep the valve in closed condition. All the wetted parts are manufactured by SS316 Material and Teflon. Barrel Dispensers can be directly fitted to MS and HDPE Plastic Barrels.

Industrial Grade Electronic Digital meters by GPI offer durable, compact, high precision fluid measurement systems.
