Pet De Humidified Air Dryer

Toshiba Machine specializes in supply of drying systems for Injection Stretch Blow Molding Machines. PET is a hygroscopic material and loses many of the desirable properties if the moisture content is above 50 ppm. In order to get defect free and aesthetically superior PET preforms de humidified drying is required with a specially designed de humidified air dryer.
Dry Air capacity range for ISBM -80m3/hr to 250m3/hr
Bin size - 100ltr to 900ltr

Continuous supply of dry air to the drying bin
Closed loop system regeneration
PLC Control with four line display to monitor all dryer functions
