“Tifab” offers Titanium Anode Baskets are in various shape & sizes as per customer design and requirement. The baskets are fabricated from 99.9% pure titanium sheet expended mesh. The strip or rod hooks are fully tig welded with baskets.

 

Heating & Cooling coil
Heating & cooling coil are manufactured from 100% mill product and hydro tested. The coils are made from ½” Dia – 2” Dia pipe with the wall thick of 0.5 mm – 1.5 mm thk. as per ASTM standard. We are manufacturing Helical type, Round type, Square type and oval type, those coils are made from Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, Nickel & its alloys.

    

Heaters:
	“Tifab” offers Industrial heaters for plating industries and Aqua heaters for hatcheries. They are in various size and various type like tubular, hairpin, flat, strip and also as per customers design and drawing.

 

Platinised Titanium Anode
“Tifab” offer platinised Titanium mesh / plate Anode for gold Rhodium plating, platinised niobium mesh / plate anode for Aluminum hard chrome plating. The coating thk will be 2.5 micron – 10 microns as per party’s requirement.

 

Anodizing jigs & fixtures:
	“Tifab” has deign, manufacturing and supply of various type jigs & fixtures for Anodizing and plating industries like Nickel, copper and gold plating industries.

 

Fasteners & Machined Components
With depth experience in fabrication and machining of exotic metals like Ti, Ta, Zr, Has B & C Ni and its alloy. We offer all type of Bolt, Nut and other machined components like shaft, sleeve as per ANSI, DIN, BS and IS standards.
