Plate Type Filters Consist Of filter assembly, A Stack of Interlocking PP PLATES WHICH ARE USED WITH PAPERS AND FILTER CLOTHS. CLOTHES are AVAILABLE IN DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATERIAL. The clothes and papers being fitted between the plates. The filter plate assembly can be removed from the filter, the plates dismantled, clean cloths and paper inserted.

These are Duplex System with Serial Type Two Stage Filtration unit and are suitable for those applications where Fine filtration of a solution is required. A very fine filtration can be achieved by using a suitable two stage combination of filter plates and cartridges i.e. plates+cartridge, plates + bag and cartridges + bag. The Hull Cell Apparatus is a miniature plating unit designed to produce cathode deposits on a panel that correlates the characteristics of the plating unit being evaluated. Interpretation of the ‘‘as plated’’ cathode panel give rapid information about brightness levels, irregular plate deposits, uniformity of deposits,coverage, throwing power, impurities, and plating bath chemistry.
To speed up production in plating works, the need to dry arises, particularly small articles, after dipping or other wet operation. The Shell of the dryer is made of mild steel sheet and is cylindrical in shape. This is mounted on the heavy iron base to provide stability when the workload is out of balance.
The centrifugal dryer contains a perforated Stainless Steel basket which snuggly fits over an underlying rotating disc. The inner perforated Stainless Steel basket can be manually lifted out from the cylinder. The rotation disc gets the drive from an Electric motor and rotates when the power is switched ON; the perforated Stainless steel Basket placed on the disc also rotates with the disc and generate a centrifugal force which A coil-type heater is also fitted on the Lid of the dryer to keep the inside temperature to the desired level to dry the material .
This dryer can be equipped with Mechanical Lid- Lock and brake system with starter and a separate switch for the Automatic on-off function of the dryer.
