The number of caps to be counted can be set by the counter. When the set quantity is reached the magnetic stopper automatically stops the inflow of caps. To start the machine again reset button to be pressed.

2500 m (L) x 120 mm (W) x 1800 mm (H) Single hopper double punch wadding machine which offers high speed production. The caps are fed into the machine by hopper and delivered to dial plate. Where the wad get punched and passes through the conveyer belt for inspection and counting. The wads are fed by an electrical vibrator. To count the caps an electronic proxy is fitted to the conveyor. The no. of caps to be counted can be set by the counter. When the set quantity is reached the inspection conveyor automatically stops. To start the conveyor again reset button has to be pressed.

Caps are fed into the machine by hopper and delivered to combination tool set and ejected automatically. Wearing parts such as Knurling, Beading, Cutting, Bakeplate & Bottom tools can be quickly replaced without any need to dismantle the whole unit. The feeder is fitted with proxy, which automatically stops the machine. When there is no inflow of Caps, In case if the Caps does not get ejected, the machine is automatically switched off by micro switch. THe machine can be operated by one person & controlled by a pannel board.
