Supreme Engineering

Supreme was established in the year 1987 doing job work of spheroidised annealing of sae52100/en-31 grade wire rods. Over a period, we added other processes like pickling, drawing, peeling, straight length bars & profiles to supplement our annealing process & started supplying sae52100, stainless steel wires & bars to various bearing roller & ball manufacturers & other automotive users.

Profiles

Precision profiles (standard profiles & profiles to sketches) are manufactured by drawing, cold rolling, or drawing with roller dies. The use of precision profiles can make further processing more efficient. We make them in various grades like - low & medium carbon steels, low alloy steels, ball bearing steels, spring steels & stainless steels.

Heat Treatment Process Annealing

We have four electrically heated furnaces, with controlled atmosphere for spheriodised annealing of wire rods without addition of any scale and Decarburisation. The furnaces are attached to a programmed PID (Proportional Integrative Differentiative) controller to ensure correct annealing cycles being followed and oxygen probe / oxymeter for checking the oxygen level in the furnace.

Chemical Treatment Process Pickling

The scale originated upon in hot rolling is removed from the wire rod by the process of pickling (i.e. The metal is dipped in pre-determined chemical baths, depending upon the type of steel), which are kind to the surface, then washed & coated with Zinc Phosphate/Borax or lime as per customer's requirement.

Wire Peeling

Supreme Heatreaters Pvt. Ltd., is one of the very few companies in the country to have the facilities for peeling of wire.

Special features:

Peeling machine ensures that the wire is free from defect such as cracks, Decarb and other blemishes.
This equipment also has laser diameter gauge with feedback control system, which results in uniform material removal.

Wire Drawing

Drawn wire is one of the best quality product supplied by SUPREME HEATREATERS PVT. LTD. We use wide range of drawing lubricants depending on the type of wire to be drawn, reduction required and other mechanical and physical properties required. Wire supplied by us is in the wide range of 2 mm to 28 mm dia. We also use special dies for pressurized lubrication during higher reduction.
