We manufacture an array of process tanks that are fabricated from superior quality Stainless steel, mild steel, polypropylene, PVC. The raw materials are tested thoroughly before being used for manufacturing process tanks. Making the process tanks of mild steel, they are given lining with PPGL, PVC and FRP coatings. These tanks found their application in different electroplating and chemical industries to store any kind of chemicals. We offer our range of process tanks with a storage capacity of one litre or as per the clients' specifications.
We manufacture a range of turbine blowers that are fabricated from superior quality raw materials. These blowers consist of dynamically balanced impeller. These impellers revolves in as stator - cum compression chamber and have very fine clearance between them. These impellers are fitted directly on to the motor. The suction and pressure openings on the outer periphery of the stator helps in reducing impedance to the air flow thereby developing vacuum and pressure. Our blowers do not require any lubrication. Having no friction, these air is absolutely oil free. Compact in size, our blowers come with silencer that ensures low noise.
We have for our clients a range of filter units that are made from superior quality raw materials like mild steel and PP. Durable in quality, our products are offered in two different types that are
• Mechanical-Seal Type Filter Unit – The chamber of the filter is made from mild steel and are lined lined internally with 3mm PPGL. The stack has 18 plates of 12” diameter each. This type of unit comes with mechanical pump of 2 HP capacity.
• Magnet–Seal less Type Filter Unit – We offer these filter units with chamber made of 8mm thick PP pipe and has stack that comes with 18 plates of 12” diameter each. Available with the mechanical pump of 110 / 150 LPM cap and PVC hoses of 3 meter length on both suction & delivery side. Apart from these two types of filter units, we also offer small teddy filters like 8 plate filters & cartridge filters and 3 HP double chamber filters.
We manufacture a range of centrifugal dryers that are highly efficient and require mess maintenance. We offer two types of centrifugal dryers :
• Top Opening Dryers – Robust construction with a heavy base of casting, these dryers have a body of sheet metal. The flywheel and the perforated basket are balanced to reduce vibrations. Heating is provided with elements which can be easily replaced.
• Bottom Opening Dryers – These dryers are made using high quality raw materials. Offering higher efficiency, these dryers yield better output to the clients.
We manufacture a range of electroplating barrels that are available in different types that are:
• Fully Immersed Plating Barrels – We have designed these barrels with a capacity of 15kg, 30kg & 50 kg . The tanks of the barrels are made from 8/10mm thick PP sheets that are reinforced with mild steel epoxy painted angle frame. We are also capable of manufacturing these tanks with 3mm mild steel sheet & lined internally with 3mm PPGL and painted externally with suitable epoxy paint. The shell of these barrels come in hexagonal type that are made from 8mm thick PP sheet. We offer these barrels with belt driven motor and drive of 0.5 HP – 3 phase.
• Portable Plating Barrels – Our range of portable plating barrels are made using superior quality raw materials. These barrels come with a capacity of 5 kg capacity. Our engineers are also capable of manufacturing these barrels as per the clients' specifications.
• Oblique Plating Barrels – Fabricated using mild steel lined with rubber /PPGL. Our products are octagonal barrels made for some specific articles which can not be plated in standard barrels.
