Pure P.T.F.E. Enveloped Gasket
Milled type envelope is made to fit the insert and presents a flat face to the flange. Fused and envelopes are manufactured from 400mm to any size with a maximum wall thickness of up to 100mm. We deliver our range on an urgent basis, without any extra cost.
The slit type is used for many applications where cost is a major consideration. The envelope in this variety does not present a full face to the flange.
These gaskets can have inserts of CAF, Rubber, Corrugated steel sandwiched between CAF rings, PVC or as per your specifications. Solid gaskets can be ordered in different types of shapes and sizes. Silicone washer is placed in between PTFE which gives better flexibility due to silicone rubber along with excellent chemical compatibility due to PTFE coverage
