These compressors are specifically designed for pet blowing machines. In order to achieve very high quality of pure air (low on humidity). we have come up with a design, which combines radiator, water cooled after cooler, moisture separator and other accessories to remove as much of water as possible, before it reaches the receiver. Because of this unique combination, we are able to bring the temperature of the air from 100-110ºC to a mere 35 ºC (almost room temperature) by the time it reaches the receiver, thereby, increasing the life of the dryer by 100%.

We offer our clients Refrigerated Air Dryer, which are available in self cleaning smooth surface. These are also available with Tube in Shell and Tube in Tube design, which helps in maintaining the heat transfer efficiency throughout the dryer's life. Further, these are available without any dust and dirt particles and can be washed from the air system along with the condensed moisture at the De-mister. Moreover, our High Pressure Refrigerated Air Dryer are available in a range of 40cfm.

Our water chillers are designed to give cooled water circulation to different industrial applications like PET blowing machine, PET compressor, and Plastic Injection Moulding, Blister Packing, Plastic Extrusion, and Metal Cutting machines. This is a packaged unit, having its own cooling system, water tank, circulation pump, all housed in one package. It receives hot water from the manufacturing process, cools it and recycles it. This is closed loop system and circulation of water is continuous as long as the process is ON.
