Electroplating Barrel

These Barrels are designed for bulk or large volume plating, typically for hardware or such articles. These units are designed for quick and efficient handling of materials. These Barrels comprise of a S.Q. Tank lined with suitable lining material and fitted with Polypropylene perforated Barrel, bearings, side panels and gear rings. All these remain inside the Barrel. 

The Barrel can be raised out of the Tank by a hand operated pinion sector mechanism. The plated parts are emptied out conveniently through a Funnel into a Bucket placed on a side rest. The Barrel is counter balanced to minimize the lifting effort. Cathode contacts are of flexible type, designed to give effective current distribution and to be easily removable for stripping.
