Grinding: Using precision German Machines, we can grind the rolls to 3-5 micron geometric accuracy.

 

Hard Chrome Plating: Improves abrasive wear and tear of the roll. Also improves the gloss on the roll.

 

Mirror Finishing: Improves the gloss imparted to the finished product.
