Jacketed Heaters
These heaters are constructed both in mica & ceramic with an use of an mantel made of a special insulated 'cerawool' in an separate flexible stainless steel sheet. These heaters are designed to provide high perfomance heating at a working temp of 800°c with the help of heat loss. Insulation shroud blanket and energy saving are all built in. Helical nickel-chorme coil for extened service life is wounded in ceramic support. These heaters are designed for cooler working temperature for the operator.
Application :- Barrels and dies of Injection , Blow Molding Machine , Extruders , Autoclaves & Chemical Reactors.
