Semi contra vacuum emulsification mixer is a vaccum processing unit for the manufacture of viscous emulsions and suspensions in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, flood & chemical industries. its especially suitable for continuously making big batches of cream and lotion. The system is designed to meet the application requirements of the pharmaceutical industry and cosmetic industry. 

This machine is usually made of main emulsification mixer,oil phase mixer,water phase mixer,vaccum system,material circulation system,heating and cooling system,temperature control system,electrical control pannel etc. the main emulsification machine is composed of a high sheer bottom homogenizer mounted outside the vessel horizontally and one anchor agitator. Pipes are connected from the discharge valve to inlet of the homogenizer and from the outlet to the top edge of the vessel body. The oil and water phaser mixers have exactly the same construction. there is a high speed dispenser mounted from the top of the cover which helps dissolve the ingredients.
