General Purpose:

These compact and versatile Rotary Unions can be used for water, intermittent steam or hot oil. The stainless steel housing consist of a mechanical seal having seal face combination of Tungston.

Carbide vis Carbon Graphite and a rotor shaft guided by two precision ball bearing that keeps the seal faces in perfect alignment. The seal faces are micro-lapped to an optical flatness of less than 2 light bands to ensure leak proof operation.

All sizes are available in Mono flow as well as Dual flow (With stationary or rotating internal pipe).

FLOTECH SIPHON ELBOW :

There are two types of siphon systems namely Stationary Siphon and Rotating Siphon.
A Stationary siphon elbow is designed primarily for dryers without manholes and a maximum operating speed of 160 fpm. The elbow is designed with a uniform internal diameter, so that there is no flow restriction. They are available in Gun Metal construction and in various sizes from I/4 ” upto I “.
There are various types of Rotating Siphons depending on the speed of the dryer. Please write to us for selection of the same.
