Accepting the new policies for development of industries and so as to provide benefits of the loans at the low interest rates, subsidies etc. facilities for the local industrialists. The founder Chairman and Ex-Sate Minister of Textiles Hon. Shri. Prakashraoji Awade established the Industrial Estate under the valuable guidance of Sahakarmaharshi Ex-M.P. Hon. Shri. Kallapanna Awade, which is named as laxmi co-operative Industrial Estate Ltd., hatkanangle, on 14th August 1986.
