Highest quality standards are achieved through the implementations of latest technology, decades of experience and everlasting moral values , which have helped us to retain our customers as well as multiply them.
We design S Class & Cupped propellers for specific vessel & engine combination to meet optimum performance. In order to perform optimally, these propellers are completely CNC machined with high precision to obtain finish tolerance to ISO Class I or S possible with high standard accuracy. The section and blade area ratio will be optimized to reach the lowest noise and vibration levels.
SGP introduced world’s leading commercial supper cupped propeller technology with advance designs, quality material, fully CNC machined & use of robotic technology in the manufacturing process. Supper cupper propeller design has the curve in the trailing edge of the propeller blade that extends from the hub to the tip. This advance technique is used to enhance the performance of propeller in terms of speed & fuel economy for High Performance Ferry Boats.
Custom propeller is well designed to match a specific vessel, engine combination & application that enable the vessel to achieve its optimum performance & smoothness. Custom designed propellers are designed to customer desired needs & provide significant benefits for vessels with maximum speed over 25 knots. It provides more efficiency, low vibration/noise and cavitations erosion; reduce fuel consumption, increase speed, smooth & quite sailing experience.
The Kaplan propeller is designed especially for hard working Trawlers, Pushers, Dredgers and Tugs in which a nozzle is located to give greater thrust then open propellers. The large tip chord lengths of this propeller create higher thrust than conventional propellers. These propellers are best for fuel economy & excellent for fishing boats & Tug boats up to 14 knots speeds. Typically Kaplan Propellers with Nozzles derive 25-30% greater thrust for Trawlers and Dredgers, while harbor tugs can easily deliver 30-40% more thrust versus open or free propellers.
