Brass Plating Services
Our Brass Plating Services are offered using technically advanced range of machines to produce a glossy as well as polished brass color. We make use of optimum quality brass and ensure no poor color, oxidized finishes and non uniformity is offered. After plating, parts are coated with specially prepared water-based acrylic lacquer that prevents them from tarnishing.
Features of Brass Plating Services:
- E-Brite B-150 is a conventional cyanide plating process
- It plates twice as fast as any other cyanide brass process
- It is a single additive process with excellent throwing power that produces a lustrous, highly desirable yellow-green, 70/30 brass color
- It is a low temperature process operating at 105° F and can be used in both rack and barrel operations
