A vertical Form-Fill-Seal Intermittent machine suitable to pack oil, Shampoo, Ghee etc.

Specification :-
* Mechanical cam driven operation with fixed speed.
* Motorized film roll unwinding mechanism.
* Machine equipped with motorized batch printing & eye mark sensor.
* Perforation system to produce chain of pouches.

Body of machine : Fabricated in mild steel, Powder coated

All part coming in contact with the product are of stainless steel

Packing material : Any heat seal able Laminated or Three/Five Layer co-extruded 60-100 micron max 325mm width

Sealing type : Center / side seal-Impels / continues sealing

Filling of product : Gravity filling / Volumetric Piston filler

Electric :- 230 volt, Single Phase

Motor :- 1 H.P.Single Phase

Other :- * Available in Mechanical & Pneumatic version
