STYRENE MASTERBATCHES

SCJ provides colours to answer the needs of the Styrene polymer sector. We have an increasing range of colours in line with the design of injection moulded, extruded and thermo formed articles.

The Applications Include

Injection Moulding: Computer Housing, Keyboards, Desert Coolers and Aircondioner Grills, Washing Machines, TV Cabinets and other Household appliances' components. Tele-communication Instruments like mobile phones, pagers, telephone instruments, toys, timepieces and clocks etc.

Sheet Extrusion: Quality packaging, Refrigerator sheet lining, bathroom fittings and disposable containers.

These masterbatches give brilliant homogenized colouring to articles in crystal PS and HIPS and at the same time, maintain the inherent transparent properties of crystal polymers

The SAN and ABS based range of masterbatches has been developed for colouring of ABS, SAN, alloys of PC and ABS. This can also be used for giving vivid colours to PC.

End applications lye in telephone instruments, household and kitchenware etc.

All these masterbatches are available in SPC (mono pigmentary). Tailor made solutions are also available.

MASTERBATCHES FOR TPR.TPE APPLICATIONS

The SCJ Group offers Masterbatches for TPR, TPE and EPDM TPVs to produce hybrid compounds with tailored performance benefits, including improved compressive set and compressive stress relaxation, improved oil and chemical resistance, higher wet coefficient of friction, colourability and bondability.

The applications include tooth brush and razor grip, bicycle and automotive grip etc.

MASTERBATCHES FOR EVA APPLICATIONS

EVA is a speciality thermoplastic, formed by the co-polymerisation of ethylene and vinyl acetate.

The SCJ Group has on its range, EVA based masterbatches which have excellent dispersion properties and are compatible with a wide range of thermoplastics.

EVA masterbatches are offered with high pigment loading and are recommended for various products including micro cellulars such as Slippers, footwear soles, speciality packaging, toys, fishing floats etc.

ENGINEERING PLASTICS MASTERBATCHES

With changing technologies and consequent demand for new colouring and additive inputs, SCJ Group has a wide range of specially developed masterbatches in the engineering polymer segment.

These masterbatches gel effectively with such polymers requiring high temperature profiles for precision based articles for automobiles, white goods and other intricate moulding requirements

UNIVERSAL MASTERBATCHES 

The SCJ Group has a range of Universal masterbatches that are compatible with commodity as well as engineering plastics. Universal masterbatches in certain specific cases can be effectively used for different polymers under congenial conditions. These have very good Theological properties which reduce inventory cost, processing time, energy and have good dispersion properties

COMBIBATCH MASTERBATCHES
The SCJ group offers single pack masterbatch where colour along with property enhancement is needed. This includes colour masterbatches with UV, Anti-Oxidant, PPA, FR or with any other specific performance property required.

Although we offer additive masterbatches, our Combibatch masterbatch range is for customers who prefer single pack masterbatches to achieve the desired colour with specific properties without carrying multi product inventories and dosing.

PET BOTTLE MASTERBATCHES.

The SCJ Group has a range of PET masterbatches for PET stretch blow moulding and PET injection blow moulding.

This masterbatch is suitable to withstand high processing temperatures with very good light fastness and colour consistency. These masterbatches are available in micro granule and controlled granule size.

MASTERBATCHES FOR WIRE & CABLE APPLICATIONS

SCJ group has a comprehensive range of colour and additive masterbatches for all cable applications. SCJ's Masterbatches are available in standard, RAL, PANTONE, IS and BS colour specs. OUR RANGE INCLUDES

PVC Masterbatches for Household & Power Cables: We have a special range of masterbatches for this  application both for sheathing and insulation purpose. These masterbatches confirm to IS and BS Standards and have excellent electrical properties and color strength in line with the specs. Included in our library are matches to all Pantone, RAL and BS colour standards.

Lead Free Masterbatches: Keeping in line with the latest requirement in the industry. SCJ have developed suitable grades of masterbatches, which are Heavy Metals free. These masterbatches are ideal for high end Auto cables and cords of electronic appliances.

Telecom Cable Masterbatches (PUF): Our JFT and PIC series of PE based masterbatches are being widely used in the Telecom industry for Jelly Filled Cable, these masterbatches have low letdown ratio and give excellent dispersions with high colour strength giving cost advantage, These masterbatches are suitable of high speed processing.

Nylon & PBT Masterbatches (Optical Fiber): This range is recommended for Fiber Optic Cables, it has good colour strength, good light fastness, High Heat Stability and excellent properties in line with the requirement.

XLPE Masterbatches: SCJ Group has good range of XLPE Masterbatches for Cross Linked Cable application. With these masterbatches you can have good light fastness, high temperature stability texcellent dispersion, Low dosage (LDR), cross linking with thick sections vibrant colours, excellent ESCR properties, impact strength etc.

Masterbatches for Railway Signalling Cables: This is our specially developed range, the colours conform to the standards as per RDSO. All the colours meet the unique stringent light fast specs.of Railways.

Antioxidant Black Masterbatch (40% Carbon Black): This is a masterbatch based on a phenolic antioxidant stabilisation system. It improves the process stability and gives outstanding long term thermal stability to polyolefin based finished products. It is suitable for wire & cable sheathing applications. The use of this masterbatch leads to the following benefits : Improved long term thermal stability of finished products, process stability where high temperatures or long residence time may cause oxidation or gel formation (e.g. during extruder shut-down), Increased long term and process stability of reworked or recycled materials.

SCJ Group has successfully diversified into manufacturing of mono and multiplayer thermoplastic sheets known as SCJ COLOURANTS and SUYOG EXTRUSIONS located in BADDI (HIMACHAL PRADESH) with an installed capacity 600 metric tons per month of sheets for thermoforming, vaccumforming and fabricating applications.

The Units have state of art imported plants and are capable of producing plain or embossed sheets upto 5 layer with choice of 3 compatible polymer combinations. These can be produced in width upto 1 .Smetre and thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 7.0mm in various colours, transparent and opaque in HIPS,ABS, PP and HD.

It has a full fledged and well equipped R & D and testing facility, where strict quality checks are made through all steps of production from raw material to the end product ensuring quality compliance as per customer's specifications. The plants and R & D are manned by dynamic well experienced technical team full of innovative idea's.
