SARAL Octagonal/Double cone blender is a very precision machine, performing dry blending of powder or granules in only 10 to 30 minutes. Conta blenders or Container tumblers are used mainly for blending of dry powders for capsule plant, for blending and homogenizing of dried granules for tablet production. This is a closed and contained system where by a single step transfer material from Container of the Conta blender is transferred to the tablet press hopper.

Paste preparation kettle is a semi-hemispherical jacketed bowl having two shaft extensions exactly opposite, which are fixed in Plummer block bearings. This jacketed bowl has connections for steam inlet / drain and also for steam pressure
