High Speed Label And Carton Stacker Coder
These coders are ideal for Automatic High Speed Coding on large quantities of labels & cartons. It delivers high quality multi-line printing at production speeds of 250 impressions / minute.
The labels or cartons are stacked on the slanting tray (Dispenser) for feeding, automatically picked up by the pick-up rubber friction insert, fed to the printing roller one by one via guide track and timing chain & stacked back in the collection tray automatically at very high speeds. This system is similar to rotary letterpress.
The oscillating roller disperses an even thickness of ink film on the inking roller and the inking roller transfers the ink to the stereos & finally the image is transferred to the substrate. This cycle is continuously running at high speed with clear & sharp impressions. The system is totally mechanically synchronized so that the printing is done exactly at the same location automatically.

Electro Pneumatic Coder
For the tabletop system, the coder is mounted on a stand and the item to be printed is placed manually and either a foot switch is pressed or a timer activates to code semi-automatically.
These coders are ideal for On-Line Automatic Coding on Intermittent Packaging Machines. The system is electronically synchronized with the packaging machine so that the printing is done at the instant the film stops for sealing/cutting.
The message to be printed is very easily composed by just push fitting the grooved stereos (easily changeable) on to the groove base mat. The Inking system consists of a rechargeable circular cartridge, which is fully enclosed allowing the use of fast-drying & indelible solvent-based inks for porous and non-porous surfaces. The print head slides into the housing for inking & outside for coding on to.
Auto Carton Coder
These Auto Coders are easy to use large character printers for on-line printing on corrugated master cartons.
The message to be printed is very easily composed by just push fitting the grooved stereos (easily changeable) on to the groove ring drum. The inking system consists of a rechargeable ink cartridge, which can be used for porous and non-porous surfaces.
When the carton passes in front of the coder, the drum rolls & the stereos automatically get inked & print very clearly on the substrate in one action.
When the carton has passed ahead, the print drum automatically rotates back to the zero position due to the inbuilt spring action, ready for the next printing which will be from the start of the message at the same position.
It is mounted on the Conveyor / Taping Machine to mark variable information on Outer Packs on-line. Because of indexing, it ensures single marking on individual packs while the pack moves
