<div class=

We have State of the art machinery, High capacity material handling cranes, Latest software tools and Skilled work force to produce best results in each of these there areas.

With these facilities we can manufacture Sheet steel fabricated assemblies from few Kgs. to few Tens of Tons.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Advance software tools are used to create 3D model of product as required by the customer. These are then unfolded with software to get developed drawings of flat product. These drawings are then processing through programs of CNC Laser cutting machines and CNC bending machines.

We use software tools like Autocad, Radan 3D design, Radan BendCNC, Radan Nesting and Trumpf Tops100 for Laser cutting and Bending operations. Usage of these software tools enable us to cut and shape precision components with minimal wastages and faster speed. In turn we can supply products faster and economical.

Production

With the aid of software programs parts are cut in Laser cutting machines. We have state of the are Laser cutting machines which can cut parts with extremely low tolerance levels. These parts then pass through the process of shaping i.e. they are then bent using CNC press brakes. We have In some cases, as per the design parts are punched in CNC Turret Punch Presses.

Fabrication

After cutting and bending/punching processes various parts of assembly are sent for fabrication where they are joined by riveting, welding or screwing. This is another critical area for Sheet steel fabricators, as smallest deviation from tolerance limit can cause wastage of entire assembly.

We have latest welding facilities for MIG/MAG/TIG welding, Projection welding, CO2 welding and Gas welding. To add precision to these operations

we deploy out of the box tools such as Demmeler Modular fixtures, Welding Robots, etc.

The fabricated assemblies are sent for surface preparation and coating. A sheet steel assembly surface needs to be prepared for coating as there are several not uniformities and impurities that can act as a hindrance for protective coating. In order to ensure a good bonding between the metal and the protective coat, various methods like shot blasting, liquid dipping are used depending on the type of material. After preparing the surface, the assemblies are coated by powder coating, Epoxy Painting or Zinc Plating, as per requirement.

We have latest facilities of shot blasting, seven tank treatment, etc. for surface treatment. We have powder coating and epoxy painting facilities at our manufacturing plants.

Cnc Machine Bending

  /> </div>
<div class=

Traditionally CNC programming is done on the shop floor, on the CNC controller of press brake. However, it can result in wrong bending resulting in scrap if the drawings are interpreted wrongly resulting in wastage of material. However, we use software like Radbend CNC which defines the bending sequence, finger stop placement, simple programming for CNC controller resulting in high productivity and lower wastage in terms of shop floor press brake time. It also stimulates the bending process detecting collusion. This results in lower wastage, in turn economic manufacturing at faster speed resulting in quick deliveries.

We have a wide Range of Press Brakes of Trumph, Weinbrenner, Hindustan hydraulics, LVD, Bronx makes installed at various manufacturing plants with capacity ranging from 110 Tons to 400 Tons and Ram length from 2 mtrs. To 5 mtrs. We can offer Bending upto 10 mm thickness for sheet steel. The knowledge and experience of press brake operators that helps guarantee part accuracy and economy, knowing this well we provide the training necessary to give that expertise to the operators in the first place and time to time we organize training sessions within organization to update the operators about new techniques and tools to improve productivity.

<div class=

The CNC laser cutting machine is used to cut metals such as Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum with high precision and speed. Laser provides excellent cut quality and productivity on material less than 6 mm. Laser technology has high capital equipment, running and maintenance costs, therefore a high level of business volume is required to pay back the cost of the equipment. We have state of the art CNC laser machines of renowned makes such as "Trumpf ", Germany and "Bystronic", Switzerland. We have a variety of these machines which can laser cut Sheet metal of varying thicknesses and sizes with bed sizes ranging from 1.25 x 2.5 mtrs and 2 x 4 mtrs. Our expert team of programmers and operators at each manufacturing location are geared up for execution of complex component laser cutting.

With input as a drawings or a finished sample part provided by customer. We have modern vacuum lifting systems for loading sheets on to the laser bed, by the aid which we have overcome sheet handling constraints and enabled faster throughput. We have an independent UPS back up of 10 minutes duration for each laser cutting machine which ensures continuity in operation even when there is a power failure. Mig Welding

  /> </div>
<div class=

MIG Welding

Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) is frequently referred to as MIG welding. MIG welding is a commonly used high deposition rate welding process. Wire is continuously fed from a spool. MIG welding is therefore referred to as a semiautomatic welding process.

Benefits

  • All position capability
  • Higher deposition rates than SMAW
  • Less operator skill required
  • Long welds can be made without starts and stops
  • Minimal post weld cleaning is required

Tig Welding

  /> </div>
<div class=

TIG Welding

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) is frequently referred to as TIG welding. TIG welding is a commonly used high quality welding process. TIG welding has become a popular choice of welding processes when high quality, precision welding is required.

Benefits

  • Superior quality welds
  • Welds can be made with or without filler metal
  • Precise control of welding variables (heat)
  • Free of spatter
  • Low distortion

Stick Welding

  /> </div>
<div class=

Stick Welding

Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) is frequently referred to as stick or covered electrode welding. Stick welding is among the most widely used welding processes. The flux covering the electrode melts during welding. This forms the gas and slag to shield the arc and molten weld pool. The slag must be chipped off the weld bead after welding. The flux also provides a method of adding scavengers, deoxidizers, and alloying elements to the weld metal.

Benefits

  • Equipment used is simple, inexpensive, and portable
  • Electrode provides and regulates its own flux
  • Lower sensitivity to wind and drafts than gas shielded welding processes
  • All position capability

We also have facilities & equipments for projection welding, Arc Welding CO2 welding.

Robotic Welding

  /> </div>
<div class=

A robotic welding system performs more repeatably than a manual welder because of the monotony of the task. Robotic welding systems are able to operate continuously minimizing production line interruptions.

We have rectilinear welding robots of Cloos & ABB makes. They can move in any three axes (X,Y,Z). In addition to linear movement of the robot along axes, there is a wrist attached to the robot to allow rotational movement. These robots are used for highly precise and repetitive welding jobs.

We are proud to have received a prestigious quality certification from DNV, Germany for Stainless Steel Welding assignments of Railways. This certification can facilitate business opportunities in international railways related assignments.

Plasma Cutting

  /> </div>
<div class=

Heavy-duty production tool with cost-reducing Long Life technology for dramatically longer consumable life and much lower operating costs. Plasma will cut any electrically conductive metal....so stainless, aluminum and steel all cut quite well. Ideal for production environments cutting mild steel, stainless and aluminum up to 75 mm (3") thick.

Plasma cutting provides an optimal mix of cut quality, productivity and operating cost for mild steel, stainless and aluminum across a wide range of thickness at a competitive capital equipment price. Plasma does an excellent job on gauge materials, with very precise cut quality and virtually no material warpage.

We have bed plasma cutting machines of German make, Messer , with bed size of 2.8 x 6.5 mtrs & 6.5 x 16 mtrs. These machines are used mainly in heavy thickness sheet steel fabrications.

Oxy Fuel Cutting

  /> </div>
<div class=

In Oxyfuel cutting fuel gases and oxygen are used to cut sheet steel. Oxyfuel cutting is a chemical reaction between pure oxygen and steel to form iron oxide. Preheat flames are used to raise the surface or edge of the steel to approximately 1800°F (bright red color). Pure oxygen is then directed toward the heated area in a fine, high pressure stream. As the steel is oxidized and blown away to form a cavity, the preheat and oxygen stream are moved at constant speed to form a continuous cut. Only metals whose oxides have a lower melting point than the base metal itself can be cut with this process. Hence, Only low carbon steel and some low alloys meet the above condition and can be cut effectively with the oxyfuel process. IT can be best used for thickness of around 40 mm.

Oxyfuel cutting provides best results in square top corner (with minimum radius). It can cut face flat top to bottom (no undercut). It can cut face square with respect to top surface. Provides clean smooth surface with near vertical drag lines and little to no slag on bottom edge (easily removed by scraping).

We have oxyfuel Cutting machines with bed size of 2.8 x 6 mtrs & 6.5 x 16 mtrs. These machines are used in medium thickness sheet steel fabrications.
