We are  professional  manufacturer in plastic recycling machine field. The agglomerator machine is used to cut and recycle material such as carry bags, milk pouches, garbage bags,  to densifier of the PE PP film before the granulator extruder Plastic Agglomerator that we offer can easily convert film scraps of HDPE, HM, BOPP, PP, LDPE, Tapes Rafia, etc. into dense pallets to feed these conveniently into the extruder.

Simplified feeding process with large single portions and consequently reduced feeding labour (operator cost) is another positive result of the new design. 

The superb positive result is a considerably lower melt temperature of the processed material, resulting in less heat history and better MFI of the reprocessed material at considerably higher output rates.
