The Galloni G1, G3 & G5 Series is the most advanced Induction Pressure/Vacuum Casting Machine currently available worldwide with fully proportional computer-controlled power output. 
The machine is fully automatic and controllled by a custom-built computer featuring a 5.7” TFT color touch screen leading the operator step by step through the casting process.The operator simply has to charge the crucible, place the casting flask in position and press one button ! 

Vacuum induction centrifugal casting machine with MOSFET system.

1.Casting chamber under full vacuum with appropriate inert gas protection (argon or nitrogen).

2.Vacuum removes gases from the invested flask minimizing or eliminating gas porosity and radically enhances crucible life, argon or nitrogen gas         prevents oxidation of gold and platinum alloys.

3.Medium-frequency induction melting with self-stirring effect to ensure absolute homogeneity from the top to the bottom of the cast tree.

4.It melts and casts 350 gr platinum in special ceramic crucibles and 1,5 kg gold (24 kt) in high quality pure graphite crucibles.

Fitted on a table sizing cm 60x160 the best technology to obtain in only 2-3 hours the best castings. Give possibility to goldsmiths, jewelry designer and small studios to make small series casting on their own!!! Ideal to cast unique pieces from rapid-prototyping machines.

1. Set your consistent clamp pressure on mold provides accurate wax weights every time and leaves your hands free to prepare the next mold.

2. Set your mold forward pressure to meet with injection nozzle complete closed for vacuum and wax injection work.

3. Set your desired pressure from thousands of setting (1/10 psi or 1/10 kg/cm2 increments).

1. Designed with a wide LCD screen which allows to easy set, check and program all functional parameters (such as: injection pressure regulation control, proportional pressure, vacuum and autoclamp control parameters)
2. Compact, tabletop format. Specifically designed for intricate moulds featuring fine filigree, posts and claws.

Digital incontrol-vacuum wax injector designed inject consistent, repeatable wax patterns. Draw air out of the mold before inject the wax, eliminating the air bubbles and voids all cause pattern defects and shrinkage increase.
