PREBOND-110 (Rust Converter-cum Epoxy Primer) for reinforcement (TMT Re-bars)

It is a two pack water-based component latex rust converter-cum epoxy metal primer/paint which serves a protective dark black anti corrosive coating on the rusted reinforcement (TMT- rebars) surface as well as rusted metal surface etc.

It can be directly apply on the rusted reinforcement (TMT-rebars) or rusted metal surface without sand-blasting, sort-blasting, wire-brushing, sand-papering, grinding or any types of rust removing process.

After its application, no red-oxide primer or any types of anti corrosive paint/coating is required for concreting.

After its application it protect the reinforcement (TMT-rebars) from further rusting without concreting for next 12* to 18* months & after concreting 50*-60* years above.

This anti corrosive epoxy coating is designed to stick on reinforcement (TMT rebars) surfaces and properly bonding with overwhelming concreting surface.
