Differential Winding System:
The differential winding system uses ‘Ball Lock’ which offers the ease of using different widths of the substrate being rewound on the same shaft as it maintains constant tension. There is no need to adjust the rewind shafts between slit width changes. This minimizes ‘downtime’ and increases productivity as no spacers are needed. Moreover any web profile variation is automatically compensated by the differential system.
Digital Web Guiding System:
The digital web guiding system ensures precision alignment as the substrate enters the slitter section. the set up interface is friendly as the web can be guided by edge, center and printed continuous or broken lines.
Slitter Section:
The slitter section has been ergonomically designed to give the operator safe and sure access to the knives. Slitting options of Razor covering a rang of substrates.
